Case Study
Freestanding prototype steak house: This family steakhouse prototype featured unique architecture and a custom FF&A package that exceeded the market expectations. Wide plank wood floor, real Texas longhorn mounts, custom western light fixtures and furniture lent a western feel to the space. Texas fieldstone building masses maintained architectural interest and authentic. In developing the new logotype, we were able to contrast it’s fresh new statement with the comfortable, slightly worn ranch house building. The island bar was set in the middle so it’s energy was a positive influence in all the dining areas. The exhibition kitchen gave credibility to the freshness of the food and that it was prepared right within sight. From the Texas stone ranch house architecture to turn of the century photo collection of cowboys, this new Lone Star steak house successfully supported the best steak and service presentation in the marketplace.
