Western Upscale Steakhouse

Gillette Wyoming is a town that bridges the Western cowboy lifestyle with the formality of the big energy business economy. That marriage was the design inspiration for this new, ground-up concept. The use of heavy timber construction and multiple roofs in this structure was inspired by the historic barns of the area. The simplicity of the agrarian form was further accented with field stone walls, fir ceilings and wide plank flooring. Large expanses of glass and aluminum storefront were employed to draw the scenic beauty of WY into the interior spaces. This sophisticated/humble Western fusion was further taken through the interiors with custom Western lighting, furniture and historic photography.
