Freestanding prototype restaurant: This family dining restaurant is set in the atmosphere of a lake lodge in the Northeast woods. The hand crafted log truss entry and step up porch set the tone for the lodge experience. The artifact package consists of hand collected outdoorsman gear and tools of the 1930’s sportsman era. As an example, we presented artifact settings as if a fisherman had just stepped in, hung up his waders and pole. Many animatronic creatures were designed to pop up, and move giving a truly life like setting and enjoyable to families. Several lodge styled custom furniture pieces were added for uniqueness. Log walls, large plank flooring, Old Hickory furniture, checkered tablecloths help put the finishing touches on this warm, intriguing environment.
