American Cuisine Restaurant and Brewery

Located along a major thoroughfare from Denver into the mountains, this historic building was gutted and put back remodeled to house a new restaurant and brewery. Originally built in 1946, the ‘lodge’ character of the building was something the design aimed to preserve and celebrate. The historic floor plan was modified to showcase the brewing equipment at guest entry. Walls were removed to open dining space to the lounge, allowing for a more socially engaging environment. The original lacquered logs were preserved and salvaged for new locations. We sourced custom ‘lodge-like’ furniture and lighting to finish off the overall theme.
